Online Purchase Terms & Conditions for Miami Roller Rink & Events

1. Cancellation/Refund Policy: All sales are final. Online purchases for Miami Roller Rink & Events, located at 12265 SW 112th St, Miami, FL 33186, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for different dates or times.

2. Waiver Policy: Every visitor must sign a waiver before entering Miami Roller Rink & Events, irrespective of participation in activities. Please complete all waivers prior to check-in at the front desk.

3. Delivery Policy: Upon completion of your online order, a confirmation email with digital tickets will be sent. Present these tickets upon arrival at Miami Roller Rink & Events. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at info@miamirollerrink.com.

4. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to responsibly handling your personal information collected through our website. Our comprehensive privacy policy outlines our data collection and usage practices and is integral to this Agreement. Please review our privacy policy on our website for more information.

5. COVID-19 Protocol: We adhere to state and local government guidelines regarding COVID-19. Mask-wearing and social distancing may be required. Contact us for current information on these protocols.

6. Supervision: Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

7. Eligibility and Conditions: Members must abide by our rules, procedures, and policies. Each member is required to have a signed waiver in our database, and said waiver(s) must be updated and renewed periodically. Monthly Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are only valid at Miami Roller Rink & Events. These Memberships are only valid for open skate sessions and are not valid for special events or classes. Memberships do not guarantee admission during peak times. Misuse of Memberships may result in cancellation of the corresponding Membership without refund.

7. Termination: We reserve the right to cancel or revoke any Membership or deny admission for any reason. Misuse or non-compliance with our rules may lead to immediate termination of Membership without refund.

8. Upgrades: Guests can upgrade to a membership or Multi-Pass by paying the price difference on the day of upgrade. Downgrades are not permitted.

9. General: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Monthly Membership program, or any benefits associated with it, at any time. Members will be provided with at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice of any such changes." Disputes will be resolved at our discretion. Membership benefits may be taxable, and members are responsible for all associated taxes. Members agree to release Miami Roller Rink & Events from any liability related to Membership benefits or park use. All disputes related to membership must be brought within one year of the incident. Memberships and their benefits are provided "as is" without warranties.

10. Membership cancellation: Memberships must be canceled by email to info@miamirollerrink.com, sent from the guests’ registered email.

Terms and Conditions for Birthday Party Package Purchases at Miami Roller Rink & Events

1. Introduction:

• These terms apply to all birthday party packages offered by JVGP Ventures LLC, doing business as Miami Roller Rink & Events (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

2. Party Packages:
The Company offers various party packages, including but not limited to Roller, VIP Rink-Side, VIP LED Glow Up, and Private Rental. Each package includes skating time and food & drink.

• The Roller package includes one reserved table per four guests.

• The VIP Rink-Side package includes a private rinkside area.

• The VIP LED Glow Up package includes a private room.

• The Private Rental includes private use of the entire facility.

3. Payment and Deposit:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party package. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date or on the day of the event.

• A 10% gratuity will be added to all parties of 10 or more.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Parties canceled by the customer will forfeit the deposit.

• Parties may be rescheduled to a later date without an additional fee, subject to availability.

5. Liability and Safety:

• All party participants are required to adhere to the safety rules and guidelines of the Company.

• Participation is at the guests' own risk, and all guests (or guardians of minor guests) must sign a liability waiver, regardless of participation.

6. Supervision:

• Parties involving minors must have at least one adult supervisor present.

7. Food and Beverage Policy:

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

• Catering options may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Conduct:

• Party guests must comply with the Company's rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the party without a refund.

9. Photography and Media:

• The Company reserves the right to take photographs during parties, which may be used for promotional purposes.

10. Special Requests:

• While the Company will endeavor to meet customer needs, there is no guarantee that special requests can be accommodated.

11. Ticketed Events:

• Private rentals may not be converted into ticketed events or resold to the public without prior written permission from the Company. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the cancellation of the event without a refund.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions for Miami Roller Rink & Events:

1. No cash refund and not redeemable for cash

2. Gift cards are non-transferable

3. Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer

4. This voucher is valid only at Miami Roller Rink & Events

5. In the event of any dispute, the decision Miami Roller Rink & Events is final

6. Miami Roller Rink & Events reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice

7. Voucher validation is required by authorized person only

8. This voucher entitles the bearer to redeem the products specified herein
• Skate Sessions
• Multi Passes
• Concessions
• Arcade cards (at front desk)

• Birthday Parties

9. The following items cannot be purchased with this voucher
• Skate classes
• Arcade cards (from Amusement Connect Kiosk)

10. Any gift cards may not be combined with other offers and promotions. (i.e.: a 20% off gift card may not be used with a 10% off birthday party). 

11. Only one gift card may be used per transaction.
